Origin
Anuvia was founded by an ex-AWS Solutions Architect (Brazil), ex-Google and ex-MongoDB, after years of seeing a recurring pattern in consultancy work: the gap between what sales decks promise and what production environments actually accept. Brilliant PoCs in closed rooms. Demos with no rollback. Slides with impeccable architectures — and, the day after contract signature, a delivery short on the operational details that make systems survive.
The choice was to invert the priority. Discovery exists to separate promise from feasibility; PoV exists to validate measured numbers against a held-out set; Build exists to integrate with the client's legacy stack without disrupting it; Operate exists so the system keeps running after the consultant leaves the room. Each phase has explicit gates, and a PoV that misses its eval thresholds returns a no-go report rather than a softened threshold.
Every architecture ships with an Architecture Decision Record. Every deploy ships with a documented rollback procedure. Every workload ships with a measured cost ceiling. It's not the fastest path to revenue, but it's the one that produces clients who renew.
